【摘要】 目的合成10-O-己二酸基-[2′-甲氧基-4-′(3″-酮-1″-丁烯基)-苯酯]-双氢青蒿素酯。方法以香草醛为起始原料,在碱性条件下,与丙酮缩合生成脱氢姜酮,再与己二酸在N,N′-二环己基-碳二亚胺(DCC)、对二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)作用下,进行酯化反应,再与双氢青蒿素通过DCC法缩合制得最终产物。结果与结论合成产物总产率为26.9%,熔点为57℃,其结构经1H-NMR、MS确证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize 10-O-adipic acid-[2′-methoxy-4′-(3″-keto-1″-butenyl)-phenoxy-]-dihydroartemisinin conjugate.Methods Vanillin reacted with acetone under basic condition to afford dehydrozingerone,which was then conjugated with adipic acid in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC) and 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP),and after coupled with dihydroartemisinin in the presence of DCC and DMAP via DDC condensation,the title compound was synthesized.Results and Conclusion The structure of the title compound was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.The total yield was 26.9%.Its melting point was 57 ℃.更多还原
