【摘要】 目的探讨正畸矫治前后牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收状况。方法对矫治前198张、矫治后152张全口曲面断层片进行牙槽嵴吸收、根尖吸收的观测计数,以年龄、性别分组,χ2检验分析治疗前后牙槽嵴和根尖吸收状况。结果矫治后牙槽嵴和根尖吸收比矫治前严重,矫治前后差异有统计学意义,且下颌牙槽嵴吸收多于上颌(P<0.001)。矫治前后牙槽嵴吸收、根尖吸收现象在各性别和年龄组中差异都无统计学意义。结论正畸矫治完成的患者普遍存在牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收,年龄和性别对矫治过程牙槽嵴吸收和根尖吸收无特殊影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the variations of alveolar ridge Absorption and root resorption during orthodontic treatment.Methods 198 panoramic radiographs before treatment and 152 after treatment were selected.These cases were grouped with age and genders.The alveolar ridge Absorption and root resorption were observed and counted.Chi-square test analysis was performed to compare the variations.Results There were significant statistical difference on the variations of alveolar ridge Absorption and apical root resorption between the mandibular and maxillary,The Absorption of mandibular alveolar ridge was severer than that of maxillary(P<0.001).There was no difference on alveolar ridge Absorption and root resorption between groups regardless of age and gender.Conclusion Alveolar ridge Absorption and root resorption present commonly in post-orthodontic treatment.Age and gender had no significant effect on the alveolar ridge Absorption and root resorption during orthodontic treatment.更多还原
