【摘要】 目的调查成人根管治疗患者牙科畏惧症产生的原因,探讨行为干预对牙科畏惧程度的影响。方法219例患者根据初诊时牙科焦虑症量表得分分为无畏惧型组、畏惧型组、高度畏惧型组和病态畏惧型组,每组患者随机进行常规治疗和干预治疗,在开髓、根备、根充治疗后3个阶段进行根管治疗牙科畏惧症量表的问卷调查,并在根备、根充治疗前后测量血压和脉搏。结果成人根管治疗患者的牙科畏惧受传媒因素(P<0.01)和经济(费用)因素(P<0.05)的影响较大。畏惧干预治疗组患者的畏惧程度在根备后和根充后两阶段均较开髓后明显下降(P<0.05),但无畏惧干预组患者的收缩压在根备后、根充后均较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05)。结论进行根管治疗的成人患者普遍存在牙科畏惧心理,恰当的干预可有效减轻畏惧症患者的畏惧,但在治疗环境存在较多干扰的情况下,干预措施可能反而会加重患者的畏惧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of behaviors intervention on dental fear of adult patients in the different clinic appearances at three stages of root canal therapy,therefore try to find out the possible etiopathogenisis and intervention of dental anxiety caused by root canal therapy in ordinary department.Methods A total of 219 patients were occluded in the study and divided into 4 groups according to their scores in Dental Anxiety Scale Test which represent their different extends of dental fear.A standard root canal therapy procedure was applied in all the groups while an additional behaviors intervention were taken as a randomized optional partly in each group.The questionnaire as well as and the blood pressures and heart rates were taken at the points of access opening,root canal preparing,and root canal filling stages of the therapy.Results Media influence and expense consideration contribute heavily to dental fear of the individuals.In dental fear bearing patients received behaviors intervention,dental fear declined obviously at the stages of root canal preparing and root canal filling,when compared to the stage of access opening.But in the patients with little dental and received no behaviors intervention,the blood pressure became higher in these two stages compared to that at access opening.Conclusion Dental anxiety caused by pulp canal therapy are quite common in adults and also can be alleviated properly.The main cause is the painful experiences at the pulp exploration and access opening stage.更多还原
