云南美登木内生真菌Phomopsis sp. Lz42的化学成分
Chemical Constituents from Endophytic Phomopsis sp. Lz42 of Maytenus hookeri
【摘要】 从云南美登木内生真菌Phomopsis species Lz42的琼脂平板发酵物中分离得到2个倍半萜和5个麦角甾醇类化合物(1~7),其中化合物1和2为新化合物.应用波谱技术确定其结构为4-Deacetyl-10-oxo-di-hydrobotrydial(1)和麦角甾-6,22-二烯-5α,8α-环二氧-3-甲酸酯(2).
【Abstract】 Endophytes,commonly present in higher plants,are important sources of natural products with pharmaceutical potential. A new sesquiterpenoid,4-deacetyl-10-oxo-dihydro-botrydial(1),and a new sterol,22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-formate(2),were isolated from solid cultures of an endophytic fungal strain Phomopsis species Lz42,cultivated on Maytenus hookeri,together with five related known compounds,4β-acetoxy-9β-10β-15α-trihydroxyprobotrydial(3),22E,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(4),ergosterol(5),22E,24R-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(6) and 22E,24R-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(7). Their structures were identified by extensive spectroscopic,experiments especially 2D-NMR.
