【摘要】 目的探讨肝段切除术的临床应用方法、效果和体会。方法回顾性总结1990年1月至2008年11月肝段切除88例临床资料。结果单一肝段切除12例,联合肝段切除76例,其中肝脏良性病变58例,HCC 23例,转移性肝癌7例。所有病例手术过程顺利,输血29例,平均420 ml,并发症发生率44.3%,死亡2例,其余病例恢复良好。结论以肝段为解剖单位肝切除是肝脏各种良恶性疾病的有效治疗方法,精细手术是减少并发症和保证肝段切除成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the superiority of segment hepatectomy and emphasize the operative procedure as well as post-operation management.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 88 cases who underwent segmnet hepatectomy from January 1998 to November 2008.Result Of the patients,72 cases were cured,9 cases were improved,5 cases were unrecovered and 2 cases were died.Conclusion Fully understand the superiority of segment hepatectomy and pay attention to the surgical techniques is the key point on reducing complications and success.更多还原
