【Abstract】 Foreign capital is an important resource of local enterprise. However, from absorbing foreign capital to resisting M&A of foreign capital, the local enterprises have been playing a game with the foreign capital, in which both cooperation and confrontation exist. This paper uses the cooperation game theory to analyze the event of Danone vs. Wahaha, and suggests that the control of firm resource is a chip for local enterprise in the game with foreign capital.更多还原
