基于IEC61850的备自投在数字化变电站中的实现
The Succeed of Automatic Back-up Power Supply Device based on IEC61850 in Digital Substation
【摘要】 数字化变电站的关键特性之一是二次设备网络化。传统的备自投装置需要与多个间隔的二次设备通过电缆交换信息,二次接线繁琐,不适应数字化变电站的要求。这里介绍了备自投逻辑,并提出了基于IEC61850的备自投方案。利用GOOSE传输机制,可以将备自投装置与各间隔的信息交互,通过网络完成,省却了大量屏间连线。该方案已经在数字化变电站—广州110kV三江变电站中投入运行。
【Abstract】 Secondary device network is one of the important features in digital substation.Traditional automatic back-up power supply device needs to exchange signals with other device via cables.Thus secondary wiring would be very complicated for a digital substation.Here the automatic back-up power supply logic is introduced, at the same time a scheme based on IEC61850 is proposed.Using the GOOSE transmission principle, information can be exchanged between automatic back-up power supply device and other device through network, instead of cables.The scheme has been realized in digital substation 110kV Sanjiang substation of Guangzhou.
