特效植物营养素对水稻杂交制种效果及表观遗传效应的影响

【摘要】 在水稻杂交制种时用特效植物营养素(SPNE)对其父母本进行不同处理,比较了各处理对水稻杂交制种和幼苗素质的影响。结果表明,用SPNE处理的杂交种子结实率、单株产量和表观遗传效应均高于对照。其中,父母本均用SPNE处理的杂交种子结实率和单株产量超过仅用SPNE处理母本的,仅处理母本的超过对照;父母本都处理的杂交种子在父本处理相同而母本处理不同时有差异。不同处理种子在同一条件下萌发生长,用SPNE处理的杂交种子的发芽率、淀粉酶活力以及幼苗株重和叶绿素、蛋白质含量均高于对照,产生表观遗传效应,且父母本均处理的种子的主要营养成分含量超过对照。

【Abstract】 The male parent and female parent was treated by Special plant nutritional element(shorted for SPNE) when hybrid breeding,and the effect of different treatment on hybrid breed production and seedling quality of rice was compared.The results indicated that the hybrid seed fertility,single plant yield and apparent genetic effect of rice treated by SPNE were higher than the control.Among them,the hybrid seed fertility,single plant yield and apparent genetic effect of the treatment that male parent and female parent both treated by SPNE,surpassed the treatment that only female parent treated by SPNE.And the latter exceeded the control.Different treatment seeds germinated and grew at the same condition.The germination percentage,amylase vigor of the seed treated by SPNE,as well as the plant weight,chlorophyll content and protein content of seedling were higher than the control.Furthermore,the treatment treated by SPNE produced some apparent genetic effect.The content of main nutritional ingredient of seeds that male parent and female parent both treated by SPNE was higher than the control.
