【Abstract】 A method was established for the determination of hydramethylnon by HPLC using a Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with UV-absorbance detector.The chromatography conditions were as follows: acetonitrile/water/ triethylamine = 85/14.5/0.5(V/V/V) as mobile phase,flow rate being 1.0 mL/min,injection volume being 10 L and detecting wavelength at 297 nm.The results showed that standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.63,0.67% and 98.5%~100.5%,respectively.更多还原
