【Abstract】 This paper discusses the psychological counseling to employment-oriented line, expounds on the university- wide employment educational program and the theoretical framework of "University Students’ Employment Psychological Counseling" course building ,on the implementation of strategies and measures and initial results. In the implementing strategy , we should make a scientific teaching outline and teaching materials, building teaching staff, innovating teaching methods system, using scientific methods to conduct diagnostic personalized employment advisory services , and to strengthen the standardized management of the teaching process.更多还原
