不同食料对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫发育历期和怀卵量的影响

【摘要】 在25℃的室内恒温条件下,分别用尾赤桉无性系DH201、巨尾桉无性系广林9号、尾巨桉无性系32-29、尾赤桉无性系186和隆缘桉的嫩叶做为食料,添加50%蜜糖水,室内喂养桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫,以清水和不添加食料做对照,测定桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的发育历期以及怀卵量的影响。结果表明,以50%蜜糖水为食物的雌成虫的历期最长(7.1 d),无食物条件下的雌成虫历期最短(2.5 d);各个品系之间对雌成虫发育历期的影响无明显差异;嫩叶添加50%蜜糖水喂养能明显延长发育历期,单独用50%蜜糖水喂养的雌成虫的发育历期最长。不同食料条件对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂雌成虫的怀卵量无明显差异。

【Abstract】 Thirteen different foods including no food,water,50% honey,Eucalyptus urophylla × E.camaldulensis DH201,DH201+50%honey,E.grandis × E.urophylla,E.grandis × E.urophylla+50%honey,E.urophylla × E.grandis 32-29,32-29+50%honey,E.urophylla × E.camaldulensis 186,186+50%honey,E.exserta,E.exserta+50%honey were used to rear Leptocybe invasa under 25℃ constant temperature in the laboratory.The influences of the host on the development period and the number of eggs impregnated were observed.The results showed that the wasps fed with 50%honey had the longest life span(7.1 d),fed with no food had the shortest life span(2.5 d);the influences of different host plants to the adult development period wasn’t significant,but the adult life span fed with 50% honey and the different host plants solution was significantly longer than that of only host plants treatment.Different foods had almost no effect on the number of eggs impregnated of wasps.
