遮荫对华南毛蕨叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响

【摘要】 研究不同遮荫强度(0,48%,74%和96%)对华南毛蕨叶绿素含量及荧光参数的影响,结果表明:各遮荫处理下,叶片总叶绿素、叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量均显著高于全光照下的含量,且随遮荫度的增加,叶绿素含量呈上升趋势;而叶绿素a/b的值则随着遮荫度的增加而下降。各遮荫处理下的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值均显著高于全光照,且随着遮荫度的增加,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值均依次上升。可见华南毛蕨对弱光环境有较强的适应能力。

【Abstract】 The effects of the different shading intensity(0,48%, 74%,97%) on the chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of Cyclosrus parasiticus were studied.The results indicated that the content of total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in the leaves of C.parasiticus under all shading conditions were significant higher than those under full daylight, and increased with the increase of shading intensity,meanwhile the chlorophyll a/b decreased.Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo under all shading conditions were significantly higher than those under full daylight and increased with the increase of shading intensity.These revealed that C.parasiticus had very strong adaptability to low-light environment.
