【摘要】 随着经济社会和高职院校的发展,学生党建工作的领域不断发展和学生党员的主体意识不断增强,高职院校学生党建工作面临的新形势要求创新学生党建管理体制。文中通过对传统学生党建管理体制和高职院校学生党建管理体制新要求的比较分析,提出建立以班级党支部为基层组织的"三级两线一体"的管理体制,并对需要采取的工作举措和工作机制提出了对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economic society and higher vocational colleges,the domain of Communist establishment among students is expanding and the student Party members’consciousness of subject is increasing.Therefore,the new situation calls for an innovation on the management system of Communist establishment among student.This paper,based on the comparison and analysis of traditional management system and the requirement of innovating the management system,puts forward a model as Three Layers,Two Aspects and One Unity which takes class Party branch as basic unit,and presents the countermeasures on the new mechanism.更多还原
