【Abstract】 Evaluation of occupational skill talent holds a dominant position in human scheme of petrochemical enterprise.By analyzing the classification and characteristics of occupational skill talent in petrochemical enterprise,an evaluation index system frame of occupational skill talent was deeply anatomized.Index clustering analysis was adopted to classify evaluation indexes,and representative indexes were chosen as evaluation basis.Accordingly,dimensionality of indexes was reduced,evaluation process was simplified,and effective evaluation result was provided quickly.The index clustering analysis of occupational skill talent evaluation in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company was made an example to show the effective use of this method.更多还原
