【摘要】 在介绍卓越绩效发展现状基础上,具体分析了其应用于制造业的必要性与可行性。卓越绩效在量分上存在着过于主观以及与原有数量联系不足的缺点,结合DEA量分法可以很好地弥补这方面的不足。提出应用DEA量分的方法及步骤,并应用一组制造业企业的案例,通过计算,得出各企业的综合效率得分,证明了方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present situation of remarkable achievements was introduced,and the necessity and feasibility of its application in manufacturing industry was analyzed.Considering the shortcoming and insufficiency in remarkable achievements in terms of quantification analysis,DEA quantification analysis was proposed to solve this problem.The application of DEA quantification analysis was demonstrated by using a group of cases from related enterprises,and the effectiveness of this method was evidenced.更多还原
