道路快速公交运营调度目标研究

【摘要】 将合理、可行的快速公交运营调度目标,作为快速公交系统规划设计的基本内容,开展道路快速公交规划建设,是实现并保障"公交优先"强有力的手段。目前国内诸多城市正在开展大规模的道路快速公交规划和建设。运营调度目标反映道路快速公交的运行特征和服务水平,是道路快速公交系统设计的重要因素之一。在研究乘客出行时间与道路快速公交系统可靠性关系的基础上,结合考虑基础设施利用率,确定道路快速公交系统以候车时间小于最大可接受时间为运营调度目标;发车间隔较大时提出以控制运行与时刻表间容许偏差为手段;发车间隔较小时以控制公交车辆间隔变化系数为手段。最后,针对道路快速公交系统提出设施利用效率最大化为调度目标,并以车站停靠失败率作为衡量设施利用效率的指标。

【Abstract】 The planning and construction of bus rapid transit (BRT) is one of the most effective ways to implement public transportation priority,and many cities in China are promoting BRT now.The scheduled operation is one of the most important part of BRT system,which reflects the characteristics and service level of BRT.In order to determine the goal of the scheduled operation,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the relationship between public transportation and passenger’s travel time,takes the change coefficient of service interval as an indicator to reflect the reliability of BRT;then makes a quantitative analysis of the relationship between the change coefficient of service interval and the average waiting time of passengers,thus the maximum acceptable waiting time according to the investigation data is gained.Finally,this paper proposes the maximum utilization of public transport facilities as the goal of the scheduled operation,and the docking failure rate as a measure of the utilization of facilities. In this way,the control objectives of change coefficient of service interval in different regions can be calculated.
