【Abstract】 Shanghai Urban Rail Transit (SURT) system has entered a new era of networking operation. With the rapid expansion of SURT network, the pressure on traffic organization, passenger organization, security control and staff reserves becomes heavier than ever before, but at the same time it also brings about development opportunities for urban rail transit operation and management. By summing up the operation and management features of SURT on the basis of practical experiences, this paper elaborates further the characteristics of traffic organization, passenger organization, safety management and human resource reserve in details. While facing a variety of new problems and contradictions in the networking operation, it is necessary to deepen and promote the transformation of SURT, establish a safe, efficient and systematic management system for SURT network. It’s also important to make co-ordinatearrangements for the existing resources, improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of the networking operation. All the transformations will help SURT to achieve an optimum social and economic benefit, at the same time to enhance the networking management level.更多还原
