【摘要】 在城市轨道交通建设期,各参与单位和专业相互间有众多和复杂的接口。接口管理是否能顺利完成,对工程的工期和投资有着重大影响。从项目沟通管理的角度,论述了如何更有效地进行接口管理。在分析接口信息流、利益相关者的基础上,提出接口沟通规划的内容。在项目实施前应作好项目接口的沟通规划,明确各参与方对接口信息的要求与沟通程序,处理好不同合同、管理、技术之间的接口;在项目实施过程中加强对接口的实时跟踪,并根据工程具体实施情况及时进行动态调整。探讨了接口沟通支持系统。更多还原
