硅基OLED像素及驱动电路研究

【摘要】 从分析不同OLED(Organic light emitting diode,有机发光二极管)像素电路特点出发,分析并总结硅基OLED像素电路特点及设计要点。根据电压控制和电流控制电路的仿真结果,并从人眼的视觉时间积分特性出发,提出采用由两个晶体管一个电容构成的交流电压控制OLED像素电路及时间灰度法驱动相结合设计方案,在实现灰度的线性控制同时改善OLED寿命。并且随着分辨率及灰度级数的增加,可结合采用像素数据并行写入的方式降低电路系统的工作频率,并降低电路功耗。

【Abstract】 The key points of designing OLED (Organic light emitting display) pixel on siliconand driving circuits were analyzed and concluded. According to the time integral characteristic ofthe human eye’s vision and simulation results of voltage programmed and current programmedpixel circuits, a design solution of using AC driving two transistors and one capactior voltage pro-grammed of OLED pixel circuit combined with time-retio gray scale driving scheme was present-ed. With the increase of resolution and gray scales, parallel writing of pixel data can be used to re-duce the clock frequency and power of the system.
