降低甲壳胺溶液表观粘度的研究
METHODS OF REDUCING APPARENT VISCOSITY OF CHITOSAN SOLUTION
【摘要】 综述了国内外降低甲壳胺纺丝原液表观粘度的方法,通过试验,提出了两种降低甲壳胺纺丝原液表观粘度的方法:加入三聚氰胺法、短时间升温法,并对这两种方法进行了分析探讨。试验结果表明:加入三聚氰胺法可适当提高甲壳胺的溶解度,改善纺丝原液的可纺性能;短时间升温法是降低甲壳胺纺丝原液表观粘度行之有效的方法,但短时间升至温度不宜超过40℃。
【Abstract】 This paper reviewed methods of reducing apparent viscosity of chitosan spinning dope at home and abroad.According to tests,two kinds of reducing methods,adding melamine and rising temperature in short time,were put forward and analyzed.The results shows that adding melamine may be appropriate to enhance the solubility of chitosan and improve the spinnability of chitosan spinning dope,and rising temperature in short time is an effective way to reducing the apparent viscosity,but the temperature should not exceed 40℃.
