【Abstract】 A method was developed for the determination of dimethomorph by High performance liquid chromatography,using C18 column with diode array detection.Methanol/water(75/25) as the mobile phase,and determination at 243 nm.The result showed that the linear regression coefficient was 0.9991,the standard deviation was 0.25,coefficient of variation was 0.26 %,average recovery percetage was 99.5 %～100.5 %.更多还原
