【Abstract】 The Salmeterol was synthesized through 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid as started materials.3-(4-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl)acrylic acid was prepared from 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid through methyloated reaction.Then 3-(4-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl)acrylic acid was got from H2O addition reaction wtih double bond to get derivative 3-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl)propanal.At last,the 3-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl)propanal react with amino and addition with H2 to get the target compound.更多还原
