【摘要】 文章在对现阶段高校实验室现状深入分析的基础上,贴合高校培养目标和社会对大学生能力要求,明确提出高校实验室改革措施,促进实验室资源整合,提高资源利用率,加强实验员队伍建设,建设一流实验室。

【Abstract】 Situation of laboratory in university was analyzed in the paper.Reformation measures of university were put forward according to educational aim of university and social requirement to students’ ability.They were propitious to collecting resource of laboratory in order to increase use rate and enhance construction of laboratory assistant team and excellent laboratory.
