酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯的催化剂研究
Study on Catalysts for Transesterification Synthesis of Dimethyl Carbonate
【摘要】 章文以活性炭、γ-Al2O3、ZrO2、SiO2、4A和5A为载体,负载碱金属氢氧化物、碱金属碳酸盐、碱金属硝酸盐等制备了不同的固体碱催化剂用于碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯的反应,并在高压釜中考察了催化剂的反应性能。结果表明:以氢氧化钠为活性组分,5A分子筛为载体,负载量15%,焙烧温度为600℃,反应温度120℃,反应初始压力为0.2MPa的反应条件下碳酸丙烯酯的转化率为50.8%,碳酸二甲酯的收率和选择性分别为50.3%和99.0%。
【Abstract】 Different solid bases were prepared by loading hydroxide, carbonate and nitrate on active carbon, γ-Al2O3, ZrO2, SiO2, 4A and 5 A, and were used as catalysts for synthesis of dimethyl carbonate by transesterification of propylene carbonate(PC)and methanol in the autoclave.Results showed that among the used catalysts, NaOH supported with a 15 % loading, on 5 A molecular sieve heat treated at 600 ℃ exhibits the high catalytic performance in terms of the conversion of PC, the yield and selectivity to DMC. Under the reaction conditions of 393 K, 0.2 MPa initial, 62.7 % conversion of PC, 62.3 % yield and 99.4 % selectivity of DMC were achieved over the NaOH/5 A catalyst.
