有机与分析实验相结合的创新型实验教学探讨
Discussion About Teaching Creative Combinition of Organic And Analytical Chemistry Experiments
【摘要】 开发了一个新的有机化学实验与分析化学实验相结合的创新型实验,在该实验中通过重氮化和偶合反应合成无机离子显色剂7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉,阐述了该显色剂与铁进行显色反应时的研究方法及内容,探讨了创新型实验7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉的合成及与铁离子的显色反应的可行性及必要性。本实验的开设将有助于提高学生的创新意识和实践能力。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced how to develop a new creative experiment that combined both Organic chemistry and Analytical Chemistry experiments. In this experiment, we synthesized the inorganic ion chromogenic agent 7- (4-Antipyringlazo) -8-Hydroxyquinoline by diazotization-coupling reaction and elaborate on the researching method and the content of color development reaction between iron and this spectrophotometric reagent. Then investigated the necessity and feasibility of this experiment synthesizing 7-(4-Antipyringlazo)-8-Hydroxyquinoline and its color development reaction with iron. This experiment will help students improve their creative thinking and practical ability.
