用碳酸二甲酯合成4-甲基环己基异氰酸酯
Synthesis of 4-methyl Cyclohexane Isocyanate from Dimethyl Carbonate
【摘要】 对碳酸二甲酯与4-甲基环己基胺合成N-(4-甲基环己基)氨基甲酸甲酯的反应进行了研究,结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:催化剂用量为n(氧化锌)∶n(4-甲基环己基胺)=6∶100,反应温度为60℃,反应物料配比为n(4-甲基环己基胺)∶n(碳酸二甲酯)=1∶4,反应时间为11h,得到最高产率为35.3%,且后处理简单,对环境污染少。
【Abstract】 Right dimethyl carbonate in 4-methyl-cyclohexane-amine synthesis of N - (4-methyl-cyclohexane) - carbamate the reaction of study results showed that the best conditions were as follows : the amount of catalyst n (magnesium chloride)∶n (4-methyl-cyclohexane - amine) =6∶100, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ reactant ratio of n (4-methyl-cyclohexane- amine)∶n (DMC) = 1∶4, reaction time 11 h. The highest yield was 35.3 %, GC analysis of its purity was 89.2 %, the latter dealing with simple, low environmental pollution.
