高效毛细管电泳在手性药物分析中的应用
Application of Capillary Electrophoresis in the Chiral Drug Analysis
【摘要】 近年来,手性药物的毛细管电泳拆分技术发展迅速,文章综述了毛细管电泳法拆分手性药物的机理、方法及应用,并重点介绍近年来各类手性选择剂的发展现状。
【Abstract】 The recent progress in chiral drug separation by capillary electrophoresis was reviewed,including the theory methods and applications of chiral separation.Especially,the development of chiral selectors in recent years was introduced.
