有机硅改性水性环氧树脂的合成研究
Preparation of Waterborne Epoxy Modified by Silane
【摘要】 将甲基丙烯酸,苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯接枝到环氧树脂上,再用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)对上述接枝型水性环氧树脂进行开环扩链,合成了有机硅改性的水性环氧树脂。采用了IR、TGA和SEM等方法对产物进行了表征和分析,并考察了KH-550用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。实验表明:有机硅改性水性环氧树脂的粒径约50 nm,在水中有良好的分散性和稳定性,同时其固化物具有良好的物理性能。
【Abstract】 The waterborne epoxy modified by silane was prepared by KH-550 and the epoxy-acrylic graft copolymer which was synthesized by epoxy resin,methylacrylic axid,styrene and butyl acrylate.The structure of the product was characterized by IR,TGA and SEM.The influence of KH-550 dosage on the storage stability of the emulsion and the mechanical properties of cured film were also studied.It appeared that the particles diameter of the emulsion was 50 nm,which was good dispersion and stability in water.And the cured film of the waterborne epoxy modified by silane provided excellent physical performance.
