阿拉斯加高寒冻土区管道水压试验技术

【摘要】 管道试压是验证新建管道整体强度和完整性的可靠方法,新建管道投产前必须经过试压。阿拉斯加管道地处高寒、冻土恶劣环境,是国内外第一条在严寒环境下全线实施水试压的典型案例。文中介绍了阿拉斯加管道试压的准备、试压强度、应对低温的方法、试压程序以及管道干燥方法,为国内即将建设的中俄原油管道高寒冻土区管段试压提供必要的参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 Hydrostatic testing is a reliable method to ensure the integrity of newly-constructed pipelines.Alaska pipeline goes though severely cold and frozen earth areas and is the first pipeline in the world to complete hydrostatic testing under such an adverse climate and unfavorable circumstances.This paper addresses the preparation for hydrostatic testing,the testing strength and ways to deal with cold temperature and frozen earth areas as well as the,testing procedure and drying method for hydrostatic testing of Alaska pipeline,in order to provide reference for other pipelines,such as the Sino-Russia pipeline,that will be built in similar conditions in future at home.
