地下核爆炸卫星监测关键技术

【摘要】 为有效利用成像卫星监测地下核试验,对其卫星图像特征和遥感识别模式进行了归纳和总结。基于对地下核爆炸前后爆心目标区域TM图像相关性与参考背景区域的对比分析,得出地下核爆炸的光谱异常现象在可见光波段更为显著等重要结论,提出了"区域图像相关比"的地下核爆炸检测判据,该判据对于原本较为隐蔽而不易被发现的平洞核爆炸试验的检测识别特别有效,且能减少虚警事件。图像融合、主分量分析(PCA)、差分合成孔径雷达干涉测量(D-In SAR)、高光谱等其它技术以及GIS数据库,对地下核试验的卫星监测也很有用,卫星核查是一个高度复杂的综合决策过程。本文对上述问题以及卫星核查技术的未来发展也进行了简要讨论。

【Abstract】 To monitor the Underground Nuclear Test(UGT) availably by imaging satellites,the image features and remote sensing recognition mode of the UGT were generalized and summarized.Based on the correlation analysis of the regional Landsat TM images fore-and-aft Underground Nuclear Explosion(UGE),compared with that of the referenced background region,an important conclusion was obtained that the abnormal spectral phenomenon of the UGE is more prominent in visible-light band.A criterion of regional image correlation coefficient ratio for UGE detection was presented.It is especially effective in detecting and recognizing the covert tunnel UGT which is usually more difficult to be discovered,and can reduce the false alarm events.Other techniques are also of great use in monitoring UGT,such as image fusion,PCA,D-In SAR,hyper-spectrum and GIS database.Satellite verification is a very complex all-around decision-making process.
