【摘要】 进入21世纪,我国加大了现代远程教育资源建设力度,启动了"新世纪网络课程工程"项目和"国家现代远程教育资源库工程"项目,推动资源建设,倡导资源共享。但由于制度保障的缺失,远程教育领域资源共建共享机制仍待完善。制度建设是一项庞大的系统工程,反思其不足需要一个有效的切入点。因此,分析中央电大承接的资源库工程在资源共建共享方面存在的问题,提出一些基于资源有效共建共享的建设思路,这对于远程教育资源共享机制在更大范围的实现具有现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 21st century,our country has strengthened the construction of Modern distance education resources by launching the New Age Network Courses Project and National Modern Distance Education Resource Pool Project,which have promoted the resource construction and sharing.However,due to the lack of system protection,resource construction and sharing in distance education still needs to be improved.System establishment,which is definitely a gigantic project,calls for an effective penetration to review the deficiencies.Therefore,it is of realistic significance to analyze the existing problems in CRTVU and to propose resource-based construction ideas.更多还原
