【摘要】 对SF6电气设备故障部位快速诊断方法进行了研究。在分析了SF6电气设备发生放电故障时分解气体的组分及其检测手段的基础上,提出了SF6电气设备故障特征气体的判断依据:在SF6电气设备的分解气体测试中,当SO2和SOF2的体积分数大于10μL/L,H2S的体积分数大于5μL/L,HF的体积分数大于25μL/L时,均可判断设备存在故障的可能性。通过4例实际应用分析,说明该方法行之有效。

【Abstract】 The rapid fault location method for SF6 electrical equipment is dealt with.By analyzing the component of the decomposed gases during the discharge fault of SF6 electrical equipment and the detecting means thereof,the criterion for judging the fault characteristic gases of SF6 electrical equipment are presented,i.e.,during the decomposed gas testing of SF6 electrical equipment,the equipment can be judged to have fault when the volume fraction of SO2 and SOF2 is greater than 10 μL/L,that of H2S greater than 5 μL/L and that of HF larger than 25 μL/L.The efficiency of the method is verified through analysis of four cases.
