【Abstract】 By analyzing journal evaluation indexes of journal of Hebei University of Technology from 2000 year to 2007 year,some problems in journal of Hebei University of Technology were found and the causes were analyzed.Then some strategies to improve the journal’s quality were put forward,such as winning over high quality papers,setting up characteristic topic subject,enlarging influence by using network technic.更多还原
