常见保温材料密度与导热系数关系的研究
Research on Relationship between Hackneyed Heat Insulator Density and Coefficient of Heat Conductivity
【摘要】 针对常用的XPS聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、EPS聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料和水泥基复合保温砂浆,收集大量的材料保温性能检测数据,并对其进行分析和总结,得出不同保温材料密度与导热系数的关系以及它们的密度和导热系数分布区域。研究结果表明,除水泥基复合保温砂浆外,保温材料的表观密度和导热系数之间没有表现出特定的关系。因此,在实际检测中,要对不同性质的保温材料做不同的判断与处理。
【Abstract】 Collected plentiful data of heat-insulating property of materials, those materials included XPS cellular polystyrene, EPS cellular polystyrene and insulation cement mortar. Drew the distribution curve about density and coefficient of heat conductivity, reach a conclusion that, aside from insulation cement mortar, there are no specifically relationship between apparent density and coefficient of heat conductivity. Therefore, heat insulators with different characteristic should be treated with different ways during testing.
