【Abstract】 Necessary and sufficient conditions for a matrix to be singular/nonsingular are obtained under the assumption that the matrix is a block diagonally dominant (BDD) matrix. For a generalized block diagonally dominant (GBDD) matrix, necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained based on the results for BDD matrices.更多还原
