双级压缩跨临界CO2热泵中间冷却型式优化
INTERCOOLING PATTERN OPTIMIZATION OF TWO-STAGE TRANS-CRITICAL CARBON DIOXIDE HEAT PUMP
【摘要】 双级压缩跨临界CO2热泵适合于低温地板辐射采暖。以北京市某建筑为对象,进行了双级压缩跨临界CO2热泵中间冷却型式的优化分析。结果表明:与单级压缩循环相比,双级压缩循环提高了系统供热的性能系数(COP),并且双级压缩循环中间完全冷却的COP高于中间不完全冷却型式。同时在保持最佳中间冷却压力下,双级压缩中间不完全冷却型式的COP随着高压级压缩机入口CO2蒸气过热度的增加而逐渐减小。因此在实际系统设计中,双级压缩跨临界CO2采暖热泵宜采用中间完全冷却型式。
【Abstract】 A two-stage trans-critical CO2 heat pump is suitable for heating low-temperature radiant floor.For an architecture in Beijing,the intercooling pattern optimization of a two-stage trans-critical CO2 heat pump is processed.Results indicate that the two-stage compression cycle has a higher coefficient of heating performance(COP) than that in a single stage compression cycle.For a two-stage compression cycle,the COP of a complete intercooling type is higher than an incomplete intercooling type.As the degree of superheated CO2 vapor at higher stage compressor inlet increases, the COP of the incomplete intercooling type decreases under the optimum intermediate pressure.So when designing the actual system,the intercooling pattern of a two-stage trans-critical carbon dioxide heat pump should be a complete type.
