【摘要】 本文在分析了换热器网络柔性及其控制特点基础上,提出了换热网络柔性指标系数的概念和控制解耦的物理方法,同时将该两项指标引入到换热网络综合和优化之中,建立了一种考虑柔性和控制解耦的换热器网络优化综合方法。结果表明,应用该方法获得的换热网络结构参数能够在保证设计工况性能条件下,具有更佳的扰动适应能力和控制性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A concept about flexibility factor and decoupling control of heat exchanger networks were exposed on the basis of analyses of its flexibility and control characteristic.Through applying above two norms into optimization and synthesis of heat exchanger networks,a synchronous optimization method of heat exchanger networks was established.The results of examples show that the optimization method in this paper can give more bigger adaptability and controllable property of heat exchanger networks.更多还原
