-40℃温区新型替代工质整机性能实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF A NEW -40℃ ALTERNATIVE REFRIGERANT
【摘要】 本文开展了对一种新型近共沸混合物的整机性能实验研究,该混合物具有零ODP值和低GWP值,可作为传统工质R502甚至是R404A的长期替代物。在同一整机性能实验台上做了该工质与R502、R404A、R507A及R290的性能对比实验。实验结果表明,新工质具有低压比、低排气温度、高容积制冷量、高COP的优点,在-40℃左右的低温工况下,比现在广泛应用的R404A更具有优势。
【Abstract】 A new near-azeotropic mixed-refrigerant was experimentally investigated.This refrigerant has zero ODP and low GWP values.Experiments were carried out to compare the performance of the new refrigerant with R502,R404A,R507A,R290.The results show that at -40℃temperature range, the new refrigerant has better performance on the pressure ratio,discharge temperature,volumetric refrigerating capacity and COP than that of the others.
