激光诱导击穿光谱法分析燃煤的灰成分
QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF ASH COMPONENT IN COAL BY LASER INDUCED BREAKDOWN SPECTROSCOPY
【摘要】 采用激光诱导击穿光谱分析技术测量煤中的主要灰成分元素。实验用Nd:YAG固体激光器的1064 nm激光脉冲激发烧蚀部分煤块样品,形成样品的等离子体形态;通过光谱仪与光电探测器采集等离子体的发射光谱,以定量分析激发样品中包含的元素种类以及对应浓度。本实验定量分析了燃煤中Si、Mg、Al、Ca、Fe、Ti、Na与K元素,与传统的实验室原子吸收光谱的元素分析结果相对比,该方法的定量分析的相对误差在1%~8%之间,各元素可达到的质量浓度探测限均低于元素在煤中的一般含量,验证了基于激光诱导击穿光谱法在线快速实现煤质分析的可行性。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy as a diagnostic technique for ultimate analysis of alkali elements in coal is tested and verified in this work,aiming at developing a new on-line tool of coal in station boiler.A Nd:YAG solid laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is used for excitation source ablating the coal samples,and a high-resolution echelle grating spectrometer coupled to intensified Charge Coupled Device camera is used to resolve and transmit the emission spectrum emitted from the plasma.Eight elements in coal,including Si,Mg,Al,Ca,Fe,Ti,Na and K,are analyzed and compared with the results analyzed by conventional laboratory apparatus.Good analysis accuracy with relative error between 1%~8% is acquired and detection limits of analysis elements are much lower than that exit in coal.
