包络化合物浆管内流阻特性的初步研究
INVESTIGATION ON FLOW PROPERTIES OF CLATHRATE HYDRATE SLURRY IN CYLINDER PIPE
【摘要】 针对一种新型潜热输送材料—TBAB包络化合物浆,因其在水平管内的流动阻力特性的影响因素众多,难以进行一步到位的实验研究。本文利用正交设计法,实验研究了影响流动阻力的三个因素—固相含量、管内平均流速和管径,得出了三者对流阻作用程度的大小关系,为下一步深入研究指明了方向。
【Abstract】 Clathrate Hydrate Slurry (CHS) performs a nice prospect in the fields of cold storage and latent heat transportation,which can be obtained by chilling Tetra-Butyl Ammonium Bromide- (TBAB) solution.Its flow resistance properties in the cylinder pipe are affected by various factors.In this paper,experiments were done under the guide of orthogonal design,and then extrapolated the influence index of solid packing fraction (SPF),mean velocity and the pipe diameter.The conclusions can guide the engineering design and further research.
