PC200-5型挖掘机油门电控系统原理与故障分析

【摘要】 随着电子控制技术的发展,挖掘机开始广泛使用电控系统,挖掘机的电控系统具有自诊断功能,电控系统的故障经微电脑控制器诊断后,将故障代码存贮在微电脑控制器中,利用监控器可读取故障码,便于诊断和维修。为了更好地掌握挖掘机的使用和维修,充分发挥机械的功效,介绍PC200-5型挖掘机油门电控系统的结构和功能原理,归纳了机电一体化系统的故障诊断方法和标准,通过实例分析故障诊断过程,为挖掘机维修和保养提供技术保障。

【Abstract】 With the development of electronic control technology, electronic control systems begin to be widely used on excavators. The system on excavators features self- diagnosis function. The system failures are diagnosed by microcomputer controller and then the failure codes are stored in the controller. With a monitor, the failure code can be read out for the convenience of diagnosis and repair. In order to fully understand operation and repair of an excavator and completely explore its mechanical power, structure, function and principle of the electronic control system of engine throttle on PC200-5 excavator are expatiated. Failure diagnosing method and standard of electro-mechanical systems are summarized. Failure diagnosing procedure is analyzed with a practical example. All these provide a technical support for repair and maintenance of excavators.
