基于PLC的自动寻迹运输车控制系统设计
PLC Based Control System Design for Automatically Tracing Transport Vehicle
【摘要】 对自动寻迹运输车的控制方式和运行轨迹进行分析研究,提出系统总体设计方案。采用三菱公司的FX-2N可编程控制器为控制核心,以触摸屏为人机对话窗口,利用光电传感器检测行驶路线、运行速度和障碍物等信息,通过PLC编程控制,实现无人驾驶、自动寻迹、自动避障、自动变轨等功能。介绍系统硬件设计和软件设计。研制样机经实验室模拟调试和运行测试证明,操作简便,运行平稳,性能可靠。可应用于大型生产线、现代化工厂车间的物料运输。
【Abstract】 Control modes and travel trajectory of a automatically tracing transport vehicle are analyzed and researched. A Complete system design scheme is suggested. Using FX- 2N PLC of Mitsubishi company as control center and touch screen as HMI window, functions of unmanned driving, automatically tracing, automatically barrier clearing and automatically trajectory changing etc. are realized through PLC control with photoelectric sensors to measure travel routes, travel speeds, barriers and other information. Laboratory simulation commissioning and travel test show that the developed prototype features simple operation, stable traveling and reliable performance and can be applied to materials handling on large scale production lines and in modern workshops.
