CAN总线在工程机械工况参数记录仪上的应用
Application of CAN Bus to Work Condition Parameter Recorder of Construction Machinery
【摘要】 基于CAN总线的工程机械工况参数记录仪由全力矩限制器信号节点、液压系统监测信号节点、发动机监测信号节点、工况参数记录仪控制节点及上位机节点组成。工况参数记录仪控制节点将其他节点采集的数据准确安全存储,存储的数据分为工程机械作业过程中的实时数据、历史数据和超载数据,实时数据需要存储最新20s的数据,将记录20s内实时数据的平均值,作为一次历史数据,累计保存最近360h的数据,当工程机械作业超载或长时间作业,存储超载数据,并且蜂鸣器自动报警。上位机节点对存储的数据进行读取、查询、统计、参数设置。该系统记录的数据面广、存储容量大,可动态增加或删除节点,适用于不同作业类型的工程机械。
【Abstract】 CAN bus based work condition parameter recorder is composed of signal node of full moment limiter, monito ring signal node of hydraulic system,monitoring signal node of engine,control node of work condition parameter recorder as well as host compute node.The control node of work condition parameter recorder accurately and safely saves the data collected by other nodes.The data saved are divided as real-time data during the construction machinery operation,historical data and overload data.The latest 20 s real-time data are saved and the average data of the 20 s is recorded as one time historical data.Data in the latest 360 h are accumulated and saved.When a construction machine works overloaded or for a long time,overload data is saved and a buzzer is automatically activated.The host computer node reads,retrieves,prepares statistic and sets parameters for the saved data.The system features wide recording data range,large saving capacity and dynamic node adding or deleting and is suitable to different work modes of construction machinery.
