【Abstract】 NP3000CA burner is a key part in burner system of asphalt mixing equipment.Whether the functions can be monitored in real time is the key to ensure normal operation of the equipment.With traditional failure diagnosis system,troubleshooting for NP3000CA burner is time-and-labor-consuming and production-delayed due to too simple and indistinct warning.Aiming at the bumer system failures of NP3000CA,a set of unique hardware system is designed with information fusion concept and related software is programmed so that an intelligent and rapid failure diagnosis computer system is formed.Importing information fusion concept into mechanical failure diagnosis area,accuracy and efficiency of failure diagnosis can be greatly increased and significant economic and social benefits will be produced.更多还原
