地下无轨铲运机导航技术研究
Research on Navigation Technology for Under-ground Trackless Scraper
【摘要】 导航系统的研究是地下无轨铲运机智能化研究的一项重要内容,如何适应井下恶劣工作环境,设计一个稳定可靠的导航系统是问题的关键,而磁导航技术的应用为这一问题提供了解决方案。针对地下金属矿山特殊的工作环境,分析现有导航方式存在的不足,提出使用磁导航方式为地下无轨铲运机导航,阐述地下无轨铲运机磁导航系统的设计与实现,对磁道钉、磁传感器的设计与安装及车载控制系统进行具体的分析说明。
【Abstract】 Research on navigation system is an important item in intelligentization research for underground trackless scrapers.The key problem is how to design a reliable navigation system to adapt to the rigorous work conditions underground. Application of magnetic navigation proyides a satisfactory solution for the problem.Aiming at the special work ambient of underground metal mines, disadvantages of existing navigation modes are analyzed and magnetic navigation is suggested to pilot underground trackless scrapers. Design and realization of magnetic navigation system for underground trackless scraper is discussed.Design and installation of magnetic spikes and magnetic sensors as well as on-board control system are analyzed and explained concretely
