【Abstract】 CMl000 mnling machine is a kind of high efficiency,dedicated mechanical equipment developed for the maintenances of asphalt or cement concretes pavements of city roads.Its material conveying system is composed of a first stage short belt conveyor for material collection and a second stage long belt conveyor for material ejection.The second stage long belt conveyor can swing 40°left and right and be luffing up and down to convenient truck loading.A variable displacement pump drives four individual hvdraulic motors with gearbox to provide reliable power for the four-wheel drive travel system.The right rear wheel can be swinged to the front of milling drum for convenient side operation. A CAN open bus communication based and fully digital network control system features high automation, satisfactory reliability and friendly extendability as well as self-diagnosis and alarm for failures.Thc machine travcl, milling drum, belt conveyor operation and hydraulic cylinders operation are all powered by hydraulic pump directly connected to the engine.The hydraulic pump,hydraulic motors,solenoid valves as well as water pump are allof well-known foreign brands so that the advanced performances and high reliabililies are ensured.After long time industrial test,its advantages of easy operation,reliable performance,high productivity and accurate milling depth control win high reputation among customers.更多还原
