基于单片机的数据采集与处理系统的设计
Design of Data Acquisition and Processing System Base on MCU
【摘要】 采用具有ISP功能的STC89C51单片机,设计了一个数据采集与处理系统,对STC89C51单片机和串行A/D转换芯片TLC2543的特点做了介绍,重点阐述了TLC2543的硬件设计以及与单片机的接口电路.使用VB6.0设计上位机程序,完成了数据采集、传输及处理的功能.文中给出了具体的数据采集程序及部分上位机程序.该系统经过实验,取得了较为满意的控制效果.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a data acquisition and processing system based on STC89C51.Characteristics of serial A/D converter are also presented.Hardware design and interface circuit are mainly discussed.Host computer program is finished by using VB6.0,and data acquisition,transmission and processing are realized.Data acquisition program and part host computer program are presented in this paper.The system is tested and the test result shows that this system has a good control performance.
