四缸发动机隔振分析及实践
Vibration insulation analysis and practices on four-cylinder engines
【摘要】 研究了直列四缸汽车发动机的振动隔离问题.根据刚体动力学理论,建立车辆动力总成悬置系统的六自由度动力学模型.通过对此模型进行定性分析,提出了高性能发动机悬置系统所应具备的性能特点.在此基础上应用计算机模拟仿真技术,对某四缸柴油发动机和变速箱的动力总成进行了隔振分析,给出了动力总成系统的隔振方案.通过实际试验结果验证了理论分析结果的正确性.
【Abstract】 The vibration insulation is first speculated for inline four-cylinder engines.Then,the suspension system of automotive power assembly is modeled based on 6 DOF via rigid dynamical theories.Pertaining to the qualitative analysis on the bespoke model,a high-performance suspension system is then investigated.Based on simulation technologies,a specific power assembly,which contains a four-cylinder diesel engine and a clutch,is next applied for vibration insulation analysis and solutions.Finally,the accuracy of theoretical analysis has been proven.
