工程机械驾驶室内部噪声源识别的小波分析方法
Internal noise source identification for cabins of construction machinery based on wavelet analysis method
【摘要】 为降低工程机械驾驶室内部噪声,达到CE(Europen Communities)认证规定限值,必须确定其噪声源.按照CE认证标准对某工程机械的驾驶室内部噪声进行了测试,运用传统傅立叶变换和小波分析对测试信号进行了分析,确定了驾驶室内部的主要噪声源,并且证明了小波分析在噪声信号分析中比传统傅立叶变换更加有效、准确.研究结果为驾驶室降噪提供了实际和理论指导.
【Abstract】 To reduce internal noises of construction machinery cabins so as to meet the threshold-setting by CE(Europen Communities) authentication,the noise sources should first be identified.In this way,the internal noise of a specific construction machinery is tested based on CE authentication standards.Then,the major noise sources are detected using the FFT and wavelet analysis methods.Compared with the traditional FFT method,the wavelet analysis method is proven more effective and accurate.Finally,this approach can be used to guide the theoretical and practical noise reduction for construction machine cabins.
