【摘要】 目的通过分析文献,了解护理缺陷的管理现状,为建设安全文化提供参考素材。方法查阅2004年～2008年《CHKD期刊全文数据库》有关护理缺陷管理文献176篇,并进行相关因素分析。结果在报告的文献中,认为缺陷发生为个人因素的为73.9%,从系统角度分析的为26.1%;对当事人采取责罚的为32.9%,改革系统措施的为25.6%,就事论事的为41.5%。结论关注病人安全,加快护理安全文化建设,才能有效地防范护理缺陷的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nursing defects documented in Chinese literature from 2004 to 2008. Methods 176 papers regarding nursing defects were obtained and analyzed. Results In the 176 papers,the nurse obligation for the defects the authors believed accounted for 69.4%;the nurses were punished in 32.9%,criticized in 41.5%,while the nursing measures were reformed in 25.6%. Conclusion Nursing defects can be prevented or diminished when patient’s safety is seriously concerned on the base of modern nursing civilization.更多还原
